Between Clairvaux-les-Lacs and Moirans en Montagne     
         discover  the "Fruitière 1900" in Thoiria, where you
        will see the making of the cheese Comté as it was 
        made at the last century. It is a real living museum 
        where the cheese merchant, mister Robez-Masson, works and  
        describes all the stages of the making in front of the
        visitors.
   
        Moreover visitors can also see - and buy - other products of the Area of Lakes.  
For people who can't take part in making of 
Comté in the morning, a video film will afford
them to discover the Area of Lakes and its
treasures (tourism, farming, arts and crafts)
and the making of the cheese.
